If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of 24 hours, you may do so by clicking on the confirmation link in your appointment email/text or by logging into your Fresha account. From there, you can cancel or reschedule at no charge. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, please contact Kim directly at 719-688-2678. Please note that a late cancellation fee may apply, but I am lenient with emergencies. For late arrivals, I will do my best to make up the time if my schedule allows. If making up the time is not possible, the session will need to be shortened accordingly.

Does Kim treat minors?

Yes, Kim treats minors under the age of 18 with written consent from their parent or guardian.

Should I tip?

While you may tip following your massage session, it is not necessary since Kim is an independent massage therapist. Instead of tipping, Kim recommends scheduling massages more frequently to maintain your wellness.

Does Kim accept HSA / FSA payments?

Kim does have the option to accept HSA/FSA payments and in most cases, massage therapy does qualify as an eligible medical expense. However, some HSA/FSAs may require a referral that includes diagnosis codes and a specific plan for massage treatment. When in doubt it is always best to contact your HSA/FSA provider and ask. Must I undress?

Your comfort is my top priority. Whether you choose to remain fully clothed or undress to your level of comfort, you'll always be treated with respect and care. You'll have complete privacy to prepare for your session, and you'll be properly covered throughout with a blanket and sheet if you choose to undress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for all. 

How often should I receive massage?

Kim recommends massage therapy or some form of manual therapy every 2-4 weeks for those dealing with injuries or who are moderately active, and every 3-8 weeks for those not dealing with an injury or as active. Since we all use our bodies daily, it's important to take care of ourselves to ensure long-term health and well-being. 

Making an appointment with a gift card?

If redeeming a gift card for a service, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. At the end of the session, Kim will apply the gift card to your service, and the remainder or cost (if any) will be taken.

Kim prides herself on providing full hands-on therapy for the entire duration of your appointment. Unlike other facilities that may include setup and breakdown time within the session, I ensure that you receive the complete, dedicated care you deserve for the time listed.
