AcuDetox (AcuWellness) is a gentle, five-point ear acupuncture protocol designed to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and support recovery from trauma and addiction. It’s a simple yet powerful way to support your nervous system and overall well-being.

What to Expect

In a Community Setting:

• You'll relax in a comfortable setting while tiny needles are placed in five specific points on each ear.

• The session lasts about 30-45 minutes, allowing you to unwind while the treatment takes effect.

• While the needles are in you can sit quietly, chat, journal - whatever helps you feel calm and supported.

• The needles are removed when you feel they are ready to come out.

In a Private Massage Setting:

• You'll begin face up and I'll place the tiny needles in five specific points on each ear.

• The needles will remain in while you are face up (unless you ask for them to be removed sooner, ~30-40 minutes).
